Post 3: Speaking in the present

 

The objective of this new week is to have you practice speaking in the present.


I. Task 1: Explain the use and different forms of the Simple Present Tense.                                      

Next class you will explain how to use the Simple Present Tense (affirmative, negative, question, short  answers, etc.).

Task 2: What is your daily routine?

Write about your daily routine weekdays and on the weekend (include adverbs of frequency - always, usually, sometimes, often, never. Practice reading this. You will talk about it in class.

Task3: Talk about your family

Prepare a short presentation about your family. You can use pictures. Include each member of our family and talk about their appearence, where they live, what they do for a living, pets, likes, dislikes, etc.
